Welcome to the world of Minecraft, where creativity is not only the key to creation, but also the foundation of human survival! Four misfits—Garrett “Garbage Man” Garrison (Jason Momoa), Henry (Sebastian Eugene Hansen), Natalie (Emma Myers), and Dawn (Danielle Brooks)—are struggling with everyday problems when they are suddenly transported through a mysterious portal to the Overworld: a strange, cubic wonderland that fuels the imagination. To return home, they must master this world (and protect it from evil creatures like piggies and zombies) by embarking on a magical quest with an unlikely, expert wizard, Steve (Jack Black). Their adventure together will challenge all five to be brave and reconnect with the traits that make each of them uniquely creative…the same skills they need to thrive in the real world again.
